One of the of Geo Vision Soluções Ambientais e Energia's greatest concerns is the well-being of the people living in the cities where it operates. The company adopts this philosophy and encourages the Group's companies to develop actions which contribute to enhance the community's quality of life.

Leão Ambiental, one of the Group's companies, invests in social projects to improve its collaborators' well-being. Through the "Ler e Escrever, Basta Querer" Program ["Reading and Writing, Just a Matter of Will"], the company fosters the literacy of street sweepers and garbage collectors, among other collaborators, by stimulating their self-esteem and right to citizenship.

The company has also developed a workplace workout project, which prepares collectors and sweepers prior to their daily work. The project contributed to prevent occupational injuries and enhances the team's health.
